Management came to the table with counter proposals on the following:
- Compensation
- Benefits (in parts)
- Work Hours and Duties
- Reductions in Force and Recall
We submitted one counter proposal:
- Performance Evaluation
We were able to come to an agreement on:
- Discipline and Discharge
We believe the action we’ve taken in the past few weeks helped speed things along. Management came with a good number of counter proposals and we’ve made some headway in negotiating for better compensation.
