So on to the news: we had a negotiations meeting with the College on April 11 where we discussed parental leave and telecommuting. The debate over compensation and staff teaching continued. We did sign off on (or “TA”) about the sick bank, and verbally agreed on the credit for past service article; it just needs a few revisions. Another thing you should know about is that we’re planning a small action in the near future. A negotiation committee member will be getting in touch but also feel free to get in touch with any one of us!
