Management came to the table with zero proposals.

We submitted six proposals. Five counterproposals on the following:

1. Sick Bank Highlights
2. Compensation
3. Parental Leave
4. Discipline and Discharge
5. Staff Teaching Compensation

We also submitted a new proposal on Diversity and Inclusion.

Next negotiations take place on 12/19/2017 at 2pm @ 145 Tremont St.
